TRASESA, with the objective of continuously improving all its external services in the area of Occupational Safety and Health and Psychology Consultations, namely in Quality Management, received the ISO9001:2015 certification by TÜV Rheinland Portugal in the scope of activities to provide Occupational Safety and Health and Psychology services.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for creating Quality Management Systems (QMS), published by ISO. It is of particular importance for SMEs, as it allows them to demonstrate their ability to meet the needs of customers, enhanced the focus on effective management, on the analysis of the context in which companies develop their activities and the consideration of associated risks, betting on the orientation towards customer satisfaction and process management, all with a focus on continuous improvement.
The scope of this certification is due to Trasesa’s commitment to do more and better for its customers, this certification being an important step in improving the services provided and, consequently, in the relationship we maintain with them.
