SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
1. Trasesa collects the customer’s personal data for the purpose of managing the customer’s account, invoicing, providing information, as expressly authorized for this purpose, assuming the commitment to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of the personal data of each client, under the terms of Law No. 103/2015, of 24 August, as well as European Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016, of 27 April, in its current wording.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
1. The present provision of services is subject to Portuguese law.
2. For the resolution of disputes arising from the provision of services, the jurisdiction of the District of Beja is competent, with express waiver of any other.
3. Pursuant to Law No. 144/2015, in its current wording, we inform you that, in the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity (RAL).
